Orders are dispatched twice a week on Wednesday’s and Friday’s.

To track an item please visit Australia Post and enter the tracking number or call 13 76 78. Should you still be concerned, please contact us directly.
Tumbleweed and Poppies is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Items purchase in the one order will be sent as one parcel. Should two separate orders be placed, they will be sent and charged as two separate parcels. We are unable to combined separate orders at this time.
DUTIES & TAXES
All prices are displayed before tax. Australian orders incur a 10% GST which will be added at checkout. International orders are not subject to this charge however your order may incur duties and taxes applied by local customs. Tumbleweed and Poppies does not accept any responsibility for any duty, tax or other import costs on international orders.
Change of mind
Should you change your mind on your purchase we can offer you an exchange or a credit note to the value of the purchase amount minus the cost of shipping. As we cover part of the shipping costs on some items this price may vary. The item must be in original condition with tags still attached and not used in any way. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date and the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items.
Should you find a flaw/fault with your item, please let us know within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. If we are unable to replace the item we can offer you a refund or credit note
Please keep in mind that our products are hand-made by artisans from around the world and as such are subject the vary slightly in size, shape and finish. These imperfections make each item a unique piece of art are not deemed to be a fault or flaw.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return policy requirements.
How to apply
To apply for an exchange, credit note or refund, please email us at email@example.com with your original order details as well as the problem with your purchase. Once you have received a confirmation email from us, please print the email and include it along with your return parcel to:

Upon receiving the garments, we will assess the items and if it satisfies our return policy we will offer an exchange, credit note or refund.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account.
Return shipping will only be refunded if the item is deemed faulty.
As we do not accept responsibility, return shipping should be prepaid via trackable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
RETURNED POSTAGE ITEMS
Should re-delivery be required due to incorrect address supplied by the customer, new shipping costs will apply. Should a refund be requested, the total amount will be less the applicable shipping costs.
Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched from our premises.
Tumbleweed and Poppies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
